Processing Time:
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery Time:
- Standard delivery: 3–7 business days across India
- Express delivery: 1–3 business days (where available)

Shipping Charges:
- Flat ₹49 shipping on orders below ₹999

Cash on Delivery (COD):
- COD is available on select pin codes across India.
- A small COD handling fee may apply.

Order Tracking:
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.
- You can track your order on our website or the courier partner's website.

Undeliverable Packages:
- If a package is returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges will apply.

International Shipping:
- Currently we ship within India only.
